These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Logos Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") via https://logos-solutions.ai/. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Logos Solutions provides AI automation setup, custom chatbot development, AI consulting, and access to proprietary software platforms (collectively, the "Services"). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at our discretion.

2. Payments and Billing

Fees: Services are billed via monthly subscription, one-time project fees, or usage-based billing.

Payment Processors: Payments are handled securely through Stripe or Whop.

Non-Payment: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to all Services immediately and without notice if any payment is missed or disputed.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client owns the specific outputs generated by the AI for their use.

Company Ownership: Logos Solutions retains all rights, titles, and interests in the underlying "prompt engineering," proprietary code, workflows, and methodologies used to generate the outputs.

License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our proprietary tools solely for the duration of your active service or subscription.

4. AI Accuracy & "Hallucination" Disclaimer

Important: You acknowledge that our Services utilize Artificial Intelligence. AI can occasionally produce inaccurate, biased, or "hallucinatory" information. Logos Solutions does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before use.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services to generate illegal, harmful, or defamatory content.

Attempt to "jailbreak," bypass safety filters, or reverse-engineer our proprietary prompts and workflows.

Use the Services in a manner that violates the policies of our third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).

6. Third-Party Dependencies

Our Services rely on third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Azure). Logos Solutions is not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or changes in terms caused by these third-party providers.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the immediate costs associated with AI processing and custom development, Logos Solutions does not offer refunds for any services, subscriptions, or project fees once work has commenced or access has been granted.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or non-payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logos Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services or reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
